$25 travel fee for parties 10+ miles outside Los Alamos.

In-person Party Rates – Minimum 5
For parties with 10+ guests, the parties Host/Guest of Honor paints for free.
Paint with Tempera Paints on an11"x14" Pre-drawn Canvas Board
Fee: $150 -$450
(additional room rental may apply)
$30 per guest up to 10
$15 fee for each addition over 10

Paint with Acrylic Paints on an11"x14" Pre-drawn Stretched Canvas
Fee: $200 -$400
(additional room rental may apply)
$40 each guests- $200 -$400
Limit 10
A $100 deposit is required to reserve the date.
The remaining balance can be paid by cash, check or credit card at the party.
Cancellation Policy/Refund Policy/Rescheduling Policy
We understand unexpected things pop up and things happen beyond our control. If you just need to reschedule that is fine. Just let us know as soon as possible as other parties may have wanted your date.
In the event you need to cancel your party, please email at least 1 week before the scheduled date for a full refund. Cancellations received within 7 days - 72 hrs prior to the event will be refunded as credit.
There is a $100 non-refundable charge if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the party.
