$35 travel fee for parties 10+ miles outside Los Alamos.
What should you supply?

Decorations, tablecloth for the food table, food, cake and drinks

Paper goods and utensils (cake utensil, candles, matches, etc.)
In-person Party Rates
Paint with Tempera Paints on an 9"x12" Predrawn Canvas Board

3-5 Painters - $50 per guest

6+ Painters - $45 per guest
The party rates include the $100 deposit that is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance can be paid by cash, check or credit card on the day of the event.

Cancellation Policy/Refund Policy/Rescheduling Policy
We understand unexpected things pop up and things happen beyond our control. If you just need to reschedule that is fine. Just let us know as soon as possible as other parties may have wanted your date.
In the event you need to cancel your party, please text or email at least 1 week before the scheduled date for a full refund. Cancellations received within 7 days - 72 hrs prior to the event will be refunded as credit.
There is a $100 non-refundable charge if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the party.
